We run our own consulting business. Our clients range from enterprise companies, to senior leaders or founders themselves.

We couldn't find a retreat to meet our unique needs, so we created one.

We begin with breath-work, movement, and nervous system tools – grounded in science and built for real-life leadership.

This is an experiential, real-time journey into what it feels like to shift your internal state – right there, in the moment.

Once you’ve felt the shift, you’ll know exactly how to recreate it for yourself, on-demand.

You'll learn:

  • How your nervous system works (and why it’s key to energy & performance).

  • Breath-patterns to shift from stress to clarity, on command

  • Techniques you can use before a big pitch, after a tough conversation, or when your brain won’t shut off.

Somatic movement:

Traditional exercise often focuses on external goals like strength or endurance.

In contrast, somatic movement emphasises internal awareness and the mind-body connection.

This practice can:

conscious breathing:

Conscious breathing techniques, such as coherent breathing, can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, shifting the body from a state of stress to one of calm.

This practice lowers cortisol levels, reduces inflammation, and promotes deep relaxation, aiding in emotional regulation and mental clarity.

sensory walk:

A guided, nature-based immersion designed to prime your nervous system and bring you fully into presence – through touch, scent, sound, sight, and movement.

Sensory walks have been shown to:

  • Reduce cortisol levels

  • Decrease inflammation

  • Promote deep relaxation

  • Support emotional regulation

  • Improve mental clarity.

Nature immersion

Engaging with natural environments, such as forests, has been shown to reduce stress hormones, lower blood pressure, and improve mood.

Practices like forest bathing can:

  • Increase NK-Cells (that kill tumour-cells) by 50%, suggesting a positive impact on cancer-prevention.

Shaun Brooking

Shaun brings together the fields of neuroscience, psychology and human physiology – with almost 20 years’ experience in the field.

As an ex-elite athlete himself, Shaun understands the worlds of performance inside-out.

He leverages his own experience and training to support high performance leaders with sophisticated strategies for sustainable impact.
